Frequently Asked Questions
What nail treatments do you offer?
Manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and nail art, in regular polish, gel and BIAB. Manicures run from a 30 minute Shape & Paint at £30 to a BIAB Gel Manicure at £65. Pedicures start at £35. Extensions come in soft gel or BIAB, both £90. Men’s manicures and pedicures, infills, gel removals and nail repairs are also on the menu. See all treatments
How much does a manicure cost in London?
Manicures start at £30 for a Shape & Paint, £42 for a Classic Manicure and £50 for a Gel Manicure. A BIAB Gel Manicure is £65. Pedicures start at £35 and nail extensions are £90. Nail art is charged by level on top of your treatment, from £15 for a French tip. See the full price list
What is the difference between a Classic and a Gel Manicure?
Both are 45 minutes and include shaping, cuticle work and polish. The Classic Manicure at £42 uses regular polish, which holds for around a week and comes off easily at home. The Gel Manicure at £50 is cured under an OPI-LED lamp, holds for up to three weeks without chipping or peeling, and needs a professional removal. Book a Gel Manicure
What is a nail infill?
An infill tops up the gap that grows in at the base of the nail, usually three to four weeks after a BIAB set, without removing the whole set and starting again. It keeps the nail protected and the shape even. Allow an hour and 30 minutes, which is longer than a new set because your technician needs to prep and blend the regrowth. See infill prices
How long will my nails last?
It depends on the treatment and on how you look after them. Regular polish holds for around a week, gel and BIAB for up to three weeks. Avoid hot water for the first 24 hours, wear gloves for washing up, and keep cuticle oil on daily. Every gel manicure and pedicure comes with our Gel Guarantee: if anything chips or lifts within seven days, we will repair it free of charge.
What does a Shape & Paint include?
Filing and shaping to the length you want, then polish. It is 30 minutes for hands at £30, or 45 minutes for feet at £35, and £37 and £42 respectively with gel. There is no cuticle work or hand massage, which is what separates it from a Classic Manicure. It is the treatment to book if you are short of time.
How long does a nail appointment take?
A Shape & Paint is 30 minutes, a Classic or Gel Manicure 45 minutes, a BIAB Gel Manicure an hour, and nail extensions an hour and 45 minutes. Pedicures run from 45 minutes to an hour and 15. Nail art is added on top of the treatment time, so allow extra if you are booking designs across a full set. See treatment lengths
Which products do you use?
OPI and The Gel Bottle are our official brands, cured under OPI-LED lamps, with more than 150 shades to choose from. Everything we use is non-toxic and a full vegan range is available. Mention it when you book if you would like the vegan range so your technician can set up for it.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards can be bought online in any amount and used against any treatment on the menu. They arrive by email, which makes them a same-day present. Buy a gift card
